Previous temporary/contract/Permanent IT staffing experience.
5-8 years of sales management experience in a service industry.
Must have proven experience with B2B cold calls, securing accounts, and account management
Two years of previous leadership and supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of sales processes, procedures, and concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
B.Tech ( IT), ( CSE), MBA in Sales and Marketing
