Shifts: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (IST)

Work Location : Onsite in Noida

Job Responsibilities:

Handling Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection\

Understand & analyze the requirements assigned and sourcing the Resumes using various channels

Thoroughly assessing candidates basis skills and experience, area of interest, geographic location in US and visa types

Work closely to meet timely submissions of qualified consultants against open requirements

Advertising Jobs in Job Portals and Social Media like LinkedIn, Google Groups, etc

Negotiating pay rates and contracts between vendors and candidates

Handle Interviews, Closures, Paperwork & On Boarding

Target attainment as assigned

Preparing recruitment reports and weekly & Monthly –MIS updation.

To Regularly update the internal tools and adhere to the company policies and practices during the hiring process

Job Requirements:

Good Exposure to end to end Recruitment Process.

Experience in Sourcing profiles through Job Portals/DB Search, Job Postings, Social Networking Sites and Vendors contacts

The ability to handle multiple tasks / requirements and to work in a fast-paced work environment

Must be having Good Communication and Presentation Skill

Must have Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and time management skills.

Must have a keen interest in working in IT /Technology environment
